Very slightly soluble in water and chloroform, slightly soluble in glacial acetic acid, Veterinary Medicine Florfenicol is soluble in methanol and ethanol, and easily soluble in dimethylformamide. The pH value of 0.5% aqueous solution is 4.5-6.5.
